This bucket is full of young peaches that have fallen off of our trees due to the wind or our boys shaking the trees.
There are still quite a few peaches on our tree . I can't imagine how many we would have had if they had all grown to maturity. Hopefully the thinning will help ensure bigger peaches!

I remember our peach tree in Fairfield having lost a bunch of peaches but the ones that remained grew to about 6 inches in diameter!
